Faculty should consult with their Departmental Library Liaison for Blackboard assistance or for new Blackboard course shells.

Students should seek assistance from the reference librarians by visiting the Reference Desk, calling (630) 617-3173 or using the “IM a Librarian feature on the library homepage.

Please consult the “System Requirements” list to see most up to date list of programs and software that will work most effectively with Blackboard.

The Blackboard Mobile™ Learn platform takes interactive teaching and learning mobile, giving students and educators access to their courses, content and organizations on a variety of devices including iOS® and Android™ devices.  Just download the for-fee Blackboard Mobile Learn app from your the App Store or Google Play.
